Avast Securty 14.9 is giving a vulnerability warning
Firmware on my R7000 is V1.0.9.88_10.2.88. When I try to upgrade, it says that I am current. No real details from Avast on the vulnerabilty. Here is a screen capture.

You're 5 firmware updates behind the most current one:

Auto router update doesn't work on this router, well it has never worked on mine AC1900 model, so just disable it.
As for firmware updates, I recommend you do a manual check at least once a month because that's the only way you'll find out if you're on the most up to date firmware.
