Awful customer service

Awful support from netgear. of course wont do anything unless you buy their support and wont even listen that i have a hardware issue that wont physically let me change any of the settings but wont waranty anything either. If you are in the market, look elsewhere, much better options. I loved nighthawk but they dont even stand behind top tier routers anymore.
