Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
I'm not sure. Is a factory reset recommended? Wouldn't that install an earlier firmware version?

I did a factory reset and set up the clock and block schedule again, as suggested. At 11:15 pm I set the blocking to start at 1:30 am and to stop at 6 am. The blocking started immediately. Something is still wrong.
