BOUGHT A NEW PHONE- WIFI SHOWS "CONNECTED, NO INTERNET" All other phones and laptops in home connect

I am using a MotoG Play 2021- it can connect to other WiFi, just not the one I am trying to fix now.

I apologize, but I may not be able to respond to may of your other questions, because this stuff isn't something I know a lot about.

The router is an AC1200, Model number R6 120.

The modem is Arris TM 1602.

I don't know what firmware is...and I do not know how I am connecting to the router.
