Bought a used Nighthawk X6 AC2200 and I cannot connect it
I bought a Nighthawk X6 AC2200 rcently and we cannot connect the device. We tried downloading the nighthawk app and the device does not ever regester with the application. Also, we tried the WSP setting by turning on the device and waiting for the device to turn green. This as wll does not let us connect to the device at all.

Assume you talk of a EX7700 — AC2200 Nighthawk X6 Tri-Band WiFi Mesh Extender here.
As this is a pre-owned device, we suggest you to start with How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR WiFi range extender?
This should bring back the default wireless name NETGEAR_EXT on air where you can associate your mobile device (or a computer) and either use the Nightawk App as shown in the Nighthawk X6 AC2200 Tri-Band WiFi Mesh Extender Model EX7700 Quick Start Guide - or use the Web browser based config using the "Connect With the NETGEAR Installation Assistant" as shown in the Nighthawk X6 AC2200 Tri-Band WiFi Range Extender p.14 ff.

Should the EX7700 assumption to be correct, I'll suggest a mod to move this thread to the WiFi Range Extenders & Nighthawk Mesh section.
