Bought my nighthawk r8000 4 years ago haven’t used in 3. Can’t login to my wifi
Haven’t used my router in 3 years and unfortunately cannot remember the password. I looked up how to reset my wifi password can’t find it on the portal it tells me to go to… tried to manually sign in through the nighthawk app and it says my device is offline even though it is white lights all the way down and working fine from what I can tell without being able to sign into the wifi?

Try the recovery mode after entering the PW incorrectly a couple of times on the routers web page then it should show you the recovery page? You'll need to answer the security questions if you remember them. If not, you'll need to factory reset the router by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release then walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and web browser.
