sonos are sensitive to double nats. Try the AP mode. It fixes the double nat and has worked well when I've used it with my couple sonos devices.

Depends on what you're trying to do and how much their wireless overlaps.
If it overlaps to much, devices might not roam between the 2 if you use the same ssid.
But you can always try setting the broadcast power down a bit.
Or you can use separate ssid's and just manually switch over.
