Brivo

Does anyone know how to use Nighthawk 7000 and Brivo?

I added Brivo to my residental network.  I plug the Nighthawk into port on Brivo and it can be seen by Brivo but I can't get internet access from any connected devices.

If I plug in Brivo to the Nighthawk port.  Brivo can't be seen by outside world.

Sorry no help bad answer...I started there and they were no help.  They said plug it in and it will work.  I worked with them for 1 plus hours.  ZERO help. In the past, Netgear has been stellar in helping.

What modem/gateway do you have the netgear plugged into?

What actual brivo device do you have?

I realize yall are not paid netgear peeps.  I didn't think an explanation was necessary but my reference was not meant as derogatory or directed at the community it was about netgear support.  Unfortunately, my netgear is not new so help from netgear is not a first choice.

The gateway for Brivo is a GigaSpire GS4220E

      Thanks for the help...

go Brivo--->R7000 (with r7000 in access point mode)

That'll fix the double nat. Try that option.
