I am trying to connect this product to my BT Home Hub 7 wifi and it is not working consistently. Some TVs connect some do not; some devices seem to be unaffected, some not. Often the device will say ...
If you set it up using WPS, factory reset the extender and reinstall it using the installation assistant.
Wps can get coded different between manufacturers.
What firmware is on the extender?
What actual bt hub is it?
Thanks for your reply. I have already returned the product for a refund. Spent too long trying to get it working already...
BT's HomeHub is the devil's plaything. I have two sitting in boxes, unopened.
When grappling with that pile of junk, it is usually better to consult the fine folk at the BT Forum.
