BT Vision shows ipc6023 error after 5 minutes even with latest firmware update
Hi,
I know this has been discussed before however has anyone found a solution to fix the BT Vision/youview ipc6023 error for internet channels(All)?
I have updated firmware - v1.0.2.36 - and am still having issues.
igmp is disabled (unticked) and bt tv is ticked
In my situation, it works for 5-6 minutes everytime, before displaying ipc6023. When I switch channels to another internet channel and back again it comes on for another 5-6 minutes before displaying ipc6023 again. All aerial freeview channels work as they should.
Also ipc6023 after 5-6 minutes when I use the VLC stream for the bt 399 test page on my laptop.
It worked previously with the home hub 3 only, so I assume the nighthawk (or its settings) is the issue.
My setup is simply openreach modem > nighthawk router > bt/humax youview box > onkyo av receiver > tv
Thanks for any help in advance and I hope there is a solution for anyone else having the same issue.
