C6250

I am unable to reset my password. Clicking on SUBMIT does nothing. I have included all of the required characters. What am I missing?

    If password recovery wasn't setup (Or the answer isn't correct), you won't be able to reset it. 

    You might be forced to factory reset to get back in. To reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

    then reinstall the device and write down your details.
