There is no "website" as most people understand it. Netgear certainly does not use that description, probably to avoid confusing users. That address should take you to the browser graphical user interface (GUI) for your device.
What happens when you try to get into routerlogin.net?
What is this "loop"?
Try this:
How do I log in to my NETGEAR wireless router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
and this:
If you cannot login to your router | Answer | NETGEAR Support
You have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's complicated community structure.)
Many questions apply to different types of device, so you might get responses here, but you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
Cable Modems & Routers
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

By "most people", he means himself. But, in any case, a description
like "the website" or "the net gear pages" or "the net gear website
[...]" is too vague to be useful.

I don't see your reply to my latest insult, which was written in 2021-04-14 22:28 PST. Perhaps you did write one, but it got filtered without you knowing. Can you see it in a private browser window (or Incognito Mode)? If you can't, then I can't.

Don't waste your breath. As you can see, antagonism mode is permanently turned on over there.
Stick with trying to troubleshoot your problem. Swapping insults is a waste of everyone's time.
There are still a lot of unknowns about what is going on at your end. Here are some pointers:

Then there is the "loop with no actual solution". That too is thin on details. Here is another one to try to elicit more information from you:
There is a bug in Netgear's implementation of password recovery on some devices. You can get locked into a closed loop.
Is this what you mean?
If password recovery is enabled, but you have not set the answers to the questions, it keeps sending you back to the beginning of the process. If you haven't already given the thing your personal answers, they are not in its memory and it has no way of knowing if they are correct.
If the standard factory password (password) does not work, then you will have to factory reset the thing to get back to that. Then either disable password recovery (check the manual for your device) or provide some answers to those questions. How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
