C7000v2 - Playstation Consoles and Smart TV can't connect to internet, but other devices can

Device: C7000v2

Firmware version: V1.03.01

I currently have 4 devices I know of that I believe are able to connect to the router, but are unable to connect to the internet.  The devices include: a Playstation 5, a Playstation 4, 1 LG OLED TV, 1 Samsung LED TV.  I do have 2 MacBook laptops and 4 iPhone/Mobile devices that are able to connect to the wifi and the internet.  For the devices which are unable to connect, I have tried the following:

- I have tried running a direct Ethernet cord connection to each of the devices, except the Samsung TV, and still none of the devices are unable to connect to the internet.  The devices are typically showing as having an IP assigned, but fail similarly on the step "Connecting to the Internet."  Specific wording from the PS5 is "Can't connect to the internet.  Your internet service provider or your router may be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the internet.  Make sure you can connect to the internet via the same network as your PS5 by testing the connection using your computer or mobile device."

- I also have tried connecting to the 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks independently with no success.

- I have tried setting the DNS on the router to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 (which it is currently still set at) and matched the DNS entry on the devices as well.

- The only thing that does work for the devices is to 1. create a guest network, which all devices are able to connect to and use and 2. create a mobile hotspot off of one of the phones, which the devices are able to use

- I've noticed that the devices when connected via ethernet cord, show up under the "Access Control" page as an entry, but they do not show up in the "Attached Devices" listing.  Also the PS5 MAC in "Access Control" ends with the same 4 digits of the "IPv6 (link local)" from the PS5 side.  Worth noting that the devices do show up in the "Attached Devices" listing if they are connected to the guest network.

- I did try a factory reset, but all I've managed to do is lose access to even the guest network I had created that the aforementioned devices were temporarily able to connect to.

Is there any advice anyone can offer as to how to troubleshoot this issue?

You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers about your hardware, in the appropriate section for your device. That's probably here:
