Cable Modem & Router will not stay connected

Just installed CM1200 & AC1750. The units will not stay conneceted to the internet. Everyday requires multiple reboots of both devices. Wifi & hard wired connections fail constantly. I have included a screeen shot of the AC1750 event long to attempt to diagnose.

Please advise

    Just to start off with. For the average consumer, only 1 device can be connected to the cm1200. Yes it has more ports but the majority of ISP's only allow 1 public ip address (1 device) unless you pay for more or have a business class line that allows for more. 

    Do you only have 1 device connected to the cm1200? 

    If so, a screen snip of the modem cable connections page and its logs help. 

     

    In terms of the router, AC1750 is a speed. not a model. What router do you have? 

    What firmware is on it? 

    Are wired devices dropping? just wireless? 

    When it fails, what happens exactly? Details help since we aren't there to see whats going on.
