I have two PCs and iPhone that can connect to my home network. Comcast is my isp. I can’t access Comcast email from my network. I have tried Outlook ... send and receive don’t work. I have tried accessing email from the Comcast website... I get an error page. My iPhone will not connect to Comcast email while on my network but will immediately retrieve messages when WiFi is turned off. No other service or website is affected by this. I can access Gmail and yahoo mail without issue from my PCs .

Is this with wifi for everything? Are these Windows PCs?

What does it say? Errors usually try to offer some useful clues.

I repeat my earlier question, does this mean that it is getting your email via your cellular phone service? In other words, it is not using your Internet service.

This begins to look like some sort of issue with your Internet service provider. The exact nature of the error messages that you see would help. It may be that it has something to do with the DNS that you ISP points to.
That this is the only troublesome service suggests that the router may not be the guilty party.
You are not the only one asking for help on this front:
can’t access Comcast email - Google Search
- SunnydaymanDec 25, 2020AspirantI connected one of my PCs directly to the modem and all my Comcast emails were immediately downloaded to Outlook. Also when I went to the Comcast page the the symbols on the top right hand corner were there including the email. I clicked it and my emails were accessible via the website.
It is as if my R7000 is treating Comcast as an unsecured or malicious site and is not allowing access to email though I can view my basic account settings.- michaelkenwardDec 25, 2020Guru - Experienced User

Unless you have set it up that way, your router is not going to discriminate against one PC and let the other one do its stuff. A more logical explanation is that there is something wrong on the flaky PC.
Among other unanswered questions, we still don't know what error messages you see when the mail fails.
If the router is blocking anything, it could show up in your logs for the R7000.
- SunnydaymanDec 25, 2020AspirantWithout the router connected Comcast mail comes in on my PCs. With the router connected outlook on my PC is stuck at synchronizing folders. It isn’t giving an actual error message. When I go to the Comcast website the icons at he top right are missing and when I try to check mail I get ... ERR_TIMED_OUT.
As to my iPhone, it can’t access Comcast email via the mail app or the Comcast connect app. On the Comcast connect app I get a pop up saying no wireless network detected.
Where can I find the logs on my pc that my help find out what is happening?
