Can’t connect to original SSID after factory reset

What firmware are you running?
did you recently upgrade?
You can try downgrading a version and see if it helps
- After my original post, I just updated to firmware version V1.2.0.92_1.0.1 (before this point, it was saying I had the latest firmware). Problem is persisting, although I narrowed it down a bit. After a factory reset, here is the sequence of steps before I get stuck
1) change 5G SSID and password back to original - no problem
2) change 2.4 SSID to original leaving the passcode alone (keep the default password from factory reset). No problems.
3) change my 2.4 passcode to my original one - now can no long connect to both 2.4 or 5G signals. they are visible, just can’t connect. Only option from there is factory reset again.Have you tried a new device to connect to it?
