Can’t connect to the internet Model # 58Y157KA2D0C Nighthawk AC1750

My Nighthawk and cables are connected but whe I go to the QR code to copy it, it says "Unable to read".  I've added a QR Code reader for my IPhone and IPad too. What am I doing wrong?

    AC1750 is a speed, not the model

    the other number is your serial number. 

     

    Go to netgear.com/support/   

    type in your actual model.

    there's guide there for setting up using a pc/laptop/browser versus using the app. Try using one of those methods
