Can’t find router
Through today the routers light has been orange and the app says it can not be found. Even when trying to do a set up after a factory reset. Originally the satellite light was blue but after the fact...
Now router is blue but still can’t be found. And seem to be receiving internet signal on all devices.

- It’s incredibly frustrating.
- Hopefully be able to get this worked out soon and be able to help fix others issue too.
- Starting to wonder. Happened before I did the most recent update, it’s what made me notice there was one. So not sure if the firmware is the issue or just the product.
Could be done to try and push the support packages and slug more money out of you.
