Can’t find router

So that NG model router system do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What app are you referring too? Mobile app or routers web page?
Screen capture would be good to see what your seeing as well.

During the set up it keeps checking cables but ends up coming up with an error.
