Can a WNR2000 router and CM400 modem be donated to a nonprofit organization?

I replaced the subject equipment.&nbsp; i want to know if i'm able to donate the old equipment to a nonprofit such as the AmVets or Goodwill so someone will be able to use it versus throwing it them in the garbage.&nbsp;

You can try. I'd factory reset the both before doing so.&nbsp;

Or keep them as a backup in case of failure on the new devices. I always have at least 1 backup of my router and modem.
