Can access CM500 router page, but there are no settings

I am using Windows 10 and have been having trouble loging into my router. After searching for a while I found that http://192.168.100.1/ would let me login. When I entered my username and password, something looked off, I could only access "cable connection" on the basic page and could only see Cable information, Modem status, Set Password, and Event log on the Advanced page. I have been trying to figure out what was wrong, but was unable to find any solutions online. My ISP is comcast, the router firmware version is V1.01.14 and I think the model is CM500-100NAS

       The CM500 is a modem, not a router.

       On what, connected how, to what?  Do you have a router, or a computer
    which is connected directly to the CM500, or what?

       Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
    for Documentation.  Get the User Manual (at least).  Read?
