Can I have both 2.4G and 5G on this router?
Will this model allow me to use both the 2.4 and 5Ghz? All of my devices this far have run on 5, but I have purchased a water monitor that requires 2.4. Can I have both run simultaneously?

I have never seen a Netgear router that does not support both. (Some even support 6GHz as well.)
But many don't have, or hide, separate SSIDs for 2.4 and 5Ghz.

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Specify Basic WiFi Settings.

Turn it on and follow the instructions to connect it to the wifi. It may just work.
