Can I limit Bandwidth for Guest Network for the Netgear R7000?

Hi dear community,

 

is there a way to limit the bandwith (not for gaming) for the guest network?

Or can you limit the bandwith with this router for specific mac addresses?

 

Is there a possibility to view the live (realtime) download/upload consumation for a specific device, which is connected to the R7000?
