Can I use a R7000 router as a VPN router behind a SKY Q modem/router?

Twelve months ago I moved ISP from BT to Sky broadband with a SKY Q Router + set top box etc.

Previously with BT I had a R7000 router running ExpressVPN.

The Sky Router is on 192.168.0.1 and I want to use this just for SKY products.

For my LAN, PC's, NAS's etc, I wish to setup the R7000 running ExpressVPN on say 192.168.1.1 connected to the SKY router and hence the outside world.

1) Can the R7000 ip be configured not to clash with the Sky router?

2) Will the R7000 thus configured, connect properly through the Sky router (ie connect R7000 yellow port to spare ethernet port in Sky router)?

3) With SKY as ISP, is this the most efficient way of acheiving a "Sky" LAN for TV, and a seperate VPN LAN for the remainder of the household?

thanks
