No. Its not rated to any of those speeds.
its max rated speed was 150mbps and that was when it was first released. A lot of ISP's are requiring docsis 3.1 or modems with more channels for lesser speed tiers to help decrease the burden on the system.
So no, it won't hit any of those speeds. time for an upgrade
