can no connect

I have a small video camera that works on 2.4ghz, and it will not connect to my network.  I have tried two different cameras and had the same problem.  but yet I have about 10 other devices where I have had no problems.  Please HELP!!!

    Do you have the C6300 cable modem router? 

     

    Contact the Mfr of this camera for help and support regarding there product.
