hi, i have att bgw320 gateway service as modem, r7960p as ip passthru router. It works for few years with disney+, then it stops working for a month now. It is connected to r7960p wifi. Other services work fine like netflix, video prime, discover+, but not disney+. if i use bgw320 wifi, then it works fine with other streaming services. I tried to reinstall disney app on firestick, smart tv, it is still failed with login error. Even i login disney on website via r7960p wifi, it is failed too. I did not change anything in this r7960p for last 4 years. Please let me know any solution for this problem. Thanks

Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few. Thanks for reply, i just want to make sure before i crew it up. So i go to my ip passthru r7960p router to set dns server as you give it to me, then every devices connect to this router can login disney plus, right?

no, it did not work, just something wrong between netgear r7960p and disney plus server. Now I just watch disney plus using att gateway, it works fine, just no DLNA. Thanks.

Have you tried the R7960P with the ISP gateway using it's DMZ or IP-passthru for the router while it's in router mode? Or configure the R7960P for AP mode.
