Cannot access admin login page
I am unable to access the admin login page via gateway IP or routerlogin.net/.com. I am connected through Ethernet and whenever I try to access the admin login page to change router settings, it give ...

Following the instructions in the User Manual?

Try the reset and reconfiguration with nothing connected to the
router's WAN/Internet port. A proper "factory" reset should restore the
expected default LAN IP address, but if the WAN/Internet port is
connected to something on the same subnet, then many things are
possible. (But I still wouldn't expect "192.169.x.y".)
I'd also forget the Genie app, and stick to the (simple) web-browser
interface with a wired connection.
What are you connecting to the router? Some Windows system?
Something else?

Thanks, disconnectin all of the ethernet cables from the router while resetting it fixed the problem. I guess it was having issues resetting its gateway IP with devices connected.
