I'm still hoping that OP will try disabling PPPoE.
I've got a Motorola SB6141 and 192.168.100.1 accesses it fine on my R7000.
The modem goes into the Yellow Internet port which it appears you've done.
DHCP could be the culprit here? Are you using your ISP's or another one? ISP's would know about the modem pages, another one might not?
