Thanks for the report. That gives me some hope.
I’m using the R7000 itself as the DHCP server (as configured under Advanced > Setup > LAN Setup). If I didn’t do that, I expect I’d have to manually assign IP addresses (“address reservation”) for each device’s MAC address.
The address range is 192.168.1.4 thru 192.168.1.254, so there isn’t any apparent DHCP conflict with the cable modem’s IP.

Can you PING it? This is what I get:

Cable modem is on a different sub-net, you'll never get a conflict. 192,168,1,xxx vs. 192,168.100.xxx.
