Cannot connect to wifi ac1200 range extender

I am remote working in a 5th wheel as we travel the country for our work.  I have no router, but use this to connect and extend to a campgrouds wifi.  I cannot login into mywifiext becasue it states I need to be connected to netgearext wifi, but it will not connect.  Not sure how to remedy this

    This? Your footer says you have the A6150|AC1200 Dual Band WiFi USB Mini Adapter.

     

    That has nothing to do with range extenders.
