Cannot connect to wired devices with wifi connected device

Dear receiver,

I seem to have an issue that I cannot connect to wired devices on the R7800 with a Wifi (2.4GHz) connected device.

When using smartphone LGG6(android 8.0.0) connected to 2.4GHz Wifi, this cannot access eg the AV-receiver which is connected wired to the network. It also cannot connect to a windows PC via Remote desktop connetion. When I connect my phone Wifi to a AP on the network, it all works fine.

 

Did the same test with a Wifi connected Laptop running windows 10, this seems to work just fine accessing all wired devices.

Again tried the android phone after a reset, still no connection to the wired devices.

 

Some details on the R7800 settings:

Firmware V1.0.2.46

ISP TELFORT:

VLAN 34-prio 1 for internet  > 3 ports + wifi

VLAN   4-prio 0 for TV > 1 port

DHCP enabled

QoS disabled

 

Could somebody help me solving this?
