Cannot get my new AX12 working with Frontier (ARIS) DVR
I had a ARRIS NVG468MQ router that came with my Frontier Internet and TV. It worked with their DVR (separate box connected via Cat 6 cable). Their router could not handle the traffic in my house an...
My understanding (don't have frontier) is that the NVG468MQ has moca (ethernet over coax) built into it and their dvr's use that to communicate with the router/gateway.
the RAX120 doesn't have moca.
I understand the dvr is hardwired in but did you rerun setup with them?
Or contact frontier to see if they CAN connect via that route or the best way to do so.
