Cant block intenet access for devices on connected to my network
I can't block devices from accessing the internet on my RAX42 Nighthawk router.
It'll show that there blocked from internet access on the Nighthawk app, but they're still able to access the internet. The only article I found said to use the routerlogin.net route but when I clicked on access control, after logging in, it said for to use the Nighthawk app. I never had this problem before with the same devices, and I've updated the firmware to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

- Go to Advanced -> Security -> Block Services and choose the device IP, then choose TCP/UDP as protocol and set ports 1 to 65535.
This will block the device from accessing the Internet.
Access Control is meant for blocking a device completely so it won't be able to connect to the router at all.
