Cant connect to Fios
I just switched my network to Fios but it doesn't work when I switch from their G3100 router to my own R6700 router. I have tried many things like reset the router, reboot the ONT, and releasing DCHP but it still does not work. I contacted Fios support and they told me that my router is faulty, but I was using that router with another company a few days ago until I switched to Fios now. I would like to know if there is any way to use my own router.

Do you mean that you want to replace the G3100 with the R6700?
....but it still does not work.
Sadly "does not work" doesn't tell us much. What happens when you try?
