Can't connect to Netgear Nighthawk router through Ethernet cable

Why can't I connect to the router using 192.168.1.1 from my PC?

 

I can only  connect through my phone using the Netgear app.

    what modem do you have? 

    Have you checked to ensure that  that is the actual ip address for that router?

    As well as the questions from plemans, especially the modem one, what happens when you try?
