try using googles dns at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1
it could be a dns issue with your isp
What modem do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
Do you have armor activated?
Does any other device have issues or just the one?
doe sit happen over wifi or wired?
