Yes, there are probably many others that work, but are not on the list.
That said, I have never seen any drives larger that 5TB's reported as working. USB drives also have other requirements due to NG's FileSystem used in the router. One is it must be a single partition. Another is the load it places on the port, so generally some portable drives that derive power from the port might need more than available.
I suggest testing with a 2TB or smaller drive to see if that will work.
