Yes. I receive a message that is the proxy or firewall. But I checked and everythings looks normal. I can connect to the wifi and surf the internet. The problem is when I want ti log in the router sertings. I can log in with my iPhone but not with my laptop.

I am confused. I thought you were asking about logging into your wifi on a Windows 10 laptop.
The browser does not come into this. That's not how you connect to the wifi in Windows 10.
Where is this error message about the proxy or firewall?
Have you ever got this laptop to join a wifi network?
