Can't Reach This Page
I updated to the recent firmware version V1.0.4.46_10.0.53 and now for some websites I get this 'Can't Reach This Page' message. I had this message show up when I tried to get to the Netgear Support page. Some times when I click on Details then the website comes through and for this Netgear Support page it came through. I'm unable to play any games on the EA website for multiplayers as well. This never happened before the update. Is there a problem with this update and is there a fix?

Have you tried different DNS servers? Like 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 for CloudFlare or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for Google

Hi - thank you for the response. Are you suggesting to change the DNS servers? I'm not that familiar with how the DNS works. Is that how the Netgear router sets the default DNS by using Google or CloudFlare? Thank you!

Yes, go to your Internet settings and choose "custom DNS" and enter the two values I provided above. DNS is a service that does lookup and translation of IP addresses into human readable hostnames (and reverse)

what modem/gateway is it connected to?
do youi have IPv6 enabled?

Thank you for your response. The modem is an Arris Surfboard modem (SB6141). I tried to set the IPv6 setting on the Netgear router to Auto Detect and it shows that IPv6 is Disabled.
