Yes same SSID and passphrase. Everything else in the house connected automatically.
Model of the Szsinocam is 1.0 MP IP Camera, SN IPC 5033SW AU
Just strange everything else works but these two cameras.

Did you try a reset of the cameras and building the connection from scratch?

Yeah tried all that. Its funny but the new network is 192. and the old network was a 10. One of the cameras that I didnt setup on the new router can be detected by the router at a 10. but the one I physically connected has a new 192 IP but only works when connected and on wifi the router cant see it.
Something funny going on.

That can be a sign of two routers on the network. Often it is a modem/router in front of a router.
By default a router allocates itself 192.168.1.1 on setup. If it finds something "upwind" it will opt for 10.0.0.0.
What is your modem?

Yup. You need to find and identify all your equipment and figure out
who's connected to what. As suggested before, descriptions more precise
than "my old router" might help.

exactly, are you seeing where/how?
