cell phones are disconnected
I've had connection problems with this router for a long time.
at first I thought the problem was my ISP spectrum.
Yesterday I noticed that my equipment such as smart tv, google home, wifi lights,
tv box had access to the network and the internet but the smart phone android and iphone
did not have access to the network I tried to get information on the internet
without any results I hope you e can help in this matter since for me it is very
strange and does not make sense.

Is this with a router or the EX8000 extender listed in your footer?
When some wifi clients behave as expected but others don't I usually start by looking at the devices that don't connect. The wifi source is clearly doing its thing or the "good guys" wouldn't connect either.
Hard to tell from the limited details that you have provided.
What happens when the phones try to connect? They usually throw up some sort of message.

is a netgear nighthawk x65 ac3600 tri-band wifi router model r7960p Firmware Version
V1.4.1.68_1.3.28only the phones lose connection with the router and cannot see the ssid I must restart the router to return to normal Thanks
