Change LAN side DNS - R7000P

I have set up a PiHole for ad blocking but I cannot find where to change the LAN side DNS for this router. With ever other router I've used that had this capability the LAN side DNS settings were on the same page as the DHCP scope. But I cannot find it on this device anywhere.

go to the online gui. click on internet tab.

there's be a DNS setting there to input the pihole's DNS address into. I usually set the pihole as primary and then a secondary such as google/cloudfare's DNS just incase the pihole is down.

If you're using ipv6, make sure to set that up to. Under the advanced section-->ipv6 dns

That doesn't work. Whenever I run ipconfig /all on any of my workstations they all still have 192.168.1.1 as their DNS server. The other problem is when I check the logs on the PiHole it shows all of the DNS requests coming from the router. There is no way to tell which device is actually making the request.

I need a way to send out the PiHole's IP address as the correct DNS server for each machine to use with the DHCP requests.

Can't change that on NG routers. DNS is proxied thru the router. The router uses what is auto detected or custom DNS for the WAN side. LAN side is always set to the router IP address for all LAN side devices.
