CM1150v Connections

  • Had this installed in our previous house and was all good. Called Xfinity and now have it in the new house.

    I can connect my laptop by ethernet directly to any of the four ports and it works. If I try to connect my Eero mesh system it won't connect.

    Also if I try to connect my wife's computer, that also does not connect.   I'll get a yellow light on the modem--fourth light from the botttom. Normally this is green.  Oh, my Netgear switch also lights yellow.

     

    Eero says its Xfinity. Xfinity says its Eero.  Is it my modem that worked last week?

     

    Oh, the phones works swell.

         To what was it connected last week?  I'd suggest connecting your (not
      well identified) "my Eero mesh system" to it, and nothing else.
      (Connect your other stuff to the "my Eero mesh system".)
