cm700 t3 and t4 error codes
I have had this modem installed and operating for about 14 months. In the last few months the internet connection keeps dropping. I loged into it and I am getting T3 and T4 error codes. "no ranging r...
t3/t4 errors tend to be line issues.
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the logs?
that helps us check the line along with WOW. They tend to say "its not our lines" even if it is.
I've even had to rent a modem from an isp before to prove it wasn't a modem. Not saying it isn't but the cm700 is a pretty solid modem.
