Complete reset

I need to completely reset my netgear account. My x got into my router and account, I have 2 emails (trying to get rid of one of them) and everything’s all scrambled together now. The best way I know how to fix it is to completely reset everything but can’t figure out how. Can anyone tell me how to or give me suggestions? Thank You

    The router doesn't need any "account" in the outside world that your ex can access. You can change the passwords that it holds for accessing its controls and its wifi.

     

    You don't say which device you own, but the manuals should help.
