Configured Block Sites but only working for Wireless and Not Oven LAN

I have a netgear Nighthauk X6 R800.  I have configured a number of websites to be blocked in Advanced > Security > Block Sites > Added the urls.

When i use wireless connection i get the netgear logo that this site is blocked.  When i use my local  desktop over wired LAN i can access the website.  I do use a VPN and deactivated that but still the same and restarted the router for the config to take effect nut the same.  Do i need to apply the blocked sites into LAN configuration?  or any other ideas to get this fixed.
