Connected, no internet

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to? 

With having 2 wifi's visible, it seems to imply you're cascading routers (routers connected to each other)

It can create issues.

    We have Orbi connected to our AT&T U-verse modem (model 5268AC FXN).

      Is the orbi in access point mode? 

      Or the orbi's IP address entered into the ATT routers DMZ?

        The orbi is in AP mode.
