Connected, no internet

We have Orbi connected to our AT&T U-verse modem (model 5268AC FXN).

Is the orbi in access point mode? 

Or the orbi's IP address entered into the ATT routers DMZ?

      what firmware is on the orbi? 

      Does it matter if you shut off a satellite or 2? (checking the make sure the satellite connection is fine)

        Router Firmware Version V2.6.2.104

         

        Yes, I tried unplugging the satellite on the third floor, but had the same issue.
