Connecting a cell pone to my NETGEAR 14-5 G R6350 AC1750 Smart WiFi router
I have had this NETGEAR 14-5G R6350 - AC1750 Smart WiFi Router for 2 years with zero problems. Just got my first cell phone android. It will not pickup the signal doesn't even show it. But will pickup my neighbors NETGEAR 31 signal and connect with no issues. I even added my router and password to the add network in the network section but won't let me connect. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve tthis issue?

What firmware is on it?
The new phone is the only device having issues seeing your wifi?
What cell phone model is it?
What region are you in?
The R6350 is a dual band router, does the cell phone see either band?
